Ardy Franssen
Originally from the Netherlands I moved to the USA in 1999 as part of my work for a Software company. I switched careers to real estate in 2009 with a strong focus on Lake Homes. Living on Lake Lanier for 20 years, my husband Andre and I have first-hand experience with the ins-and-outs of buying and selling lake properties and understand it is often a journey.

I moved to the USA in 1998, and soon discovered Lake Life as a way to balance out the stress of a high powered corporate job that I retired from in 2015. Now assisting my lovely wife with her real estate business often focusing on the technical aspects such as home inspection, boat dock and Corps of Engineers matters, septic tank and the likes.
I am also the designated driver either by car or by boat to explore Lake properties.
